Sia is a next-generation, global management consulting group delivering data-driven strategy and transformation. As a Data Engineer consultant, you will shape our data platforms and AI solutions, collaborating with the French Data Engineering team on cloud-native architectures, data pipelines and secure deployments.

You will work across GCP, AWS, and Azure, using Python, Docker and Kubernetes to build scalable, robust data services for clients while adopting DevOps practices and IaC tooling.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree with a strong quantitative component (e.g. Econometrics, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Quantitative Finance).
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in Data, DevOps, Cloud or Software Engineering.
• Good Python skills; solid foundation in other languages; familiarity with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Experience with at least one cloud platform (GCP, AWS, Azure) and eagerness to learn Kubernetes.
• DevOps mindset with CI/CD, infrastructure as code (Terraform) and security awareness.

Responsabilités

• Work on client projects and on building Sia AI solutions with the French Data Engineering team.
• Manage Cloud Services on GCP, AWS and Azure including IaC and cost optimization.
• Containerize apps with Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes for data workloads.
• Develop server-side tools in Python and build ETL/data pipelines in Big Data environments.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deploy Data Science projects at client sites.
• Apply security best practices for certificates, HTTPS, OAuth2 and credential management.
