Actief Interim Vilvoorde is seeking a Data Beheerder to oversee product codes and pricing across our Belgian sites from the Zaventem region. You will ensure data quality, update supplier prices, and support decision making with Power BI dashboards.

The role requires a bachelor or master in management, IT, data analysis, or supply chain. Dutch and French are essential; English is a plus. Start time is 08:00, with opportunities for growth and internal development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master degree in management, IT, data analysis or supply chain.
• Good knowledge of French and Dutch; English is a plus.
• Available to start at 08:00.
• Comfortable with IT tools and eager to learn (SAP, AS400, Copilot AI, etc.).
• Daily creation and updates of product records, prices and references.

Responsabilités

• Full management of product codes and prices for the enterprise in Zaventem.
• Process information from purchasing and commercial departments and update in the information system.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement of data processes.
• Assign specific references to internal articles.
• Update supplier prices and manage promotions in the information system (IPPAC and SAP in the future).
• Daily creation of new specific articles.
• Answer colleagues’ questions about articles, promotions, prices, descriptions, etc.
• Maintain regular contact with suppliers.
• Collect, structure and analyze data from supplier contracts, price lists and sales history.
• Identify inconsistencies, duplicates and anomalies in existing databases.
• Track dashboards and reports (Excel, Power BI) to support decision making.
