COSMOTE Global Solutions NV is seeking a skilled Data & AI Engineer to join our ICT team. You will design, develop, and deploy core data platform components, focusing on data engineering, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities across structured and unstructured data.

You will collaborate with architects, developers, project leaders, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performance data solutions and contribute to governance, metadata tagging, and data catalogues.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and implementing data pipelines (ETL/ELT).
• Strong knowledge of data lake and data warehouse architectures.
• Experience with modern data platforms (Microsoft Fabric, Copilot, Azure, open-source).

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain data pipelines across heterogeneous sources.
• Implement batch and near-real-time ingestion processes.
• Perform data cleansing, validation and standardization.
• Apply metadata tagging and support data lineage across data flows.
• Contribute to the Data and Product Catalogue.
• Implement data quality checks and monitoring.
• Support data quality remediation with governance teams.
• Create reusable datasets and data products from heterogeneous sources.
• Design solutions mixing structured and unstructured data.
• Transform unstructured information for analysis and AI processing.
• Enable unified analytical workflows across data types.
• Support AI-driven processing of document-centric data.
• Implement analytics for operational and strategic decisions.
• Contribute to AI-enabled use cases and explainability.
• Automate data pipelines and reporting workflows.
• Implement event-driven processing and alerts.
• Support observability of platform processes.
• Implement security controls per EU requirements.
• Support deployment in secure or air-gapped environments.
• Provide clear technical documentation and knowledge transfer.
