United States Army Installation Management Command in SHAPE, Belgium, seeks a qualified individual to support Child and Youth Services (CYS) childcare programs with Children's Yoga instruction. The role requires effective English communication, the ability to engage children, and physical stamina for outdoor/indoor activities.

Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, be at least 18, and maintain health without communicable disease.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to communicate in English (written and verbal).
• Age 18+ at appointment.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs, and to walk, bend, stoop and stand.
• Health and freedom from communicable disease.
• Preferred: Professional Certificates in Children's Yoga or related Associates Degree with 15 credits in instruction.

This position is located at SHAPE, Belgium.

Morale Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Child and Youth Services (CYS) Employee Childcare Fee applicable to employees working at least 15 hours per week:

• First Child: 100% childcare fee discount (all CYS employees)
• Second and Subsequent Child: 25% childcare fee discount (all CYS employees)

A qualified candidate must possess the following:

• 1. Possess a high school diploma or GED certificate.
• 2. Be able to communicate in English (both written and verbal).
• 3. Be 18 years of age at the time of appointment.
• 4. Possess and maintain the physical ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs, walk, bend, stoop and stand on a routine basis. Duties may involve working both indoors and outdoors.
• 5. Possess and maintain health and freedom from communicable disease.
• 6. Demonstrated skill/evidence of competence in instructional area of Children's Yoga. Preferred are those candidates who possess a Professional Certificates in Children's Yoga; or Associates Degree or higher with 15 semester hours of college credit in the area of instruction.
