In4Matic is seeking a cybersecurity operations specialist to strengthen the security team and support protection, detection, and response in a complex hybrid environment. You will manage day-to-day security tools, analyze incidents, and coordinate with IT teams to improve posture.

The role focuses on network and infrastructure security, incident handling, and continuous improvement of SecOps processes. French is mandatory, on-site presence ~60% of the time, long-term consulting engagement,

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of hands-on operational cybersecurity and network security experience.
• Proven experience handling at least one real cyber incident (investigation, containment, remediation).
• Experience in a large, complex organization with heavy workloads.
• Ability to document incidents, provide recommendations, and follow up on actions.
• Strong analytical, urgency management, and prioritization in incident situations.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day security tools and security incidents.
• Analyze, escalate, document, and resolve security incidents.
• Coordinate with teams to support incident resolution and improve security posture.
• Handle SOC alerts from SIEM/XDR, including WAF-related alerts.
• Analyze network flows and correlate with alerts and suspicious activity.
• Contribute to secure network architectures, configuration quality and risk analysis.
• Tune protection/detection rules for WAF, IDS/IPS, NDR, and proxy solutions.
• Support post-incident reviews with technical retrospectives and actions.
• Collaborate with ITSM teams on incident follow-up and action plans.
• Participate in security-related projects and provide input to SecOps.
