Capgemini is seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Consultant to design, secure, and operate DevSecOps, data science, and AI‑driven cybersecurity solutions across complex environments. You will translate business needs into secure designs, act as solution architect, and deploy AI tools while aligning with enterprise security standards.

Qualifications

• EU nationality (EU‑27)
• Fluent English (working language)
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Cybersecurity
• At least one recognized cybersecurity certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GCED, GCIH, Security+, CEH, cloud security certs)
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity architecture, application and infrastructure security
• Experience with AI/ML security or data‑driven security solutions
• Solid understanding of DevSecOps principles and secure software delivery
• Experience in cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure)
• Ability to work in a multicultural, international environment
• Eligible for EU security clearance
• Master’s degree in IT or Cybersecurity

Strong Assets

• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform or equivalent)
• Container and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Identity and Access Management (OpenID Connect, SAML)
• Programming/scripting skills (Python strongly preferred)
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability platforms
