EMW in Mons, Belgium, is seeking a CSAC Engineer to operate and support the application service, manage data and PowerBI dashboards, and ensure reliable incident resolution. The contractor will work under the SAO with 100% on-site time, may telework up to 20% with prior approval, and travel to Brussels or The Hague when required.

Candidates must hold NATO SECRET clearance, a related degree or equivalent experience, strong Linux and SQL skills, and excellent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 3 years post-related experience
• Or 5+ years of progressive expertise in duties related to this SOW in lieu of a degree
• At least 3 years practical experience in cyber security or related field
• Experience with Linux administration in Enterprise environments
• Experience with PowerBI dashboards and reports
• Experience with DB management (MS SQL or PostgreSQL)
• Experience with IT service management processes, SLAs, incident and change management
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• English proficiency at Professional level (NATO STANAG 6001 Level 3)
• RHEL 9.x Certified Admin desirable

Responsabilités

• Operate and support the application service on a day-to-day basis including troubleshooting and user support
• Maintain and deploy the application including updates, patches, and installations
• Manage data loading, validation, transfers, and PowerBI dashboard maintenance
• Support the technical environment including RHEL, NGINX, JAVA, MS SQL connectivity
• Manage user provisioning, support, and onboarding during initialization
• Maintain operational documentation and ensure current configurations
• Provide service reporting, KPI/SLA reporting and risk management
• Coordinate with NCIA/NCIA stakeholders and gather information
• Identify opportunities for service improvement and automation
