MSIG Europe in Brussels is seeking a proactive Non-IT Buyer to shape procurement across Europe. You will be the key partner for third-party engagements, drive commercial value, ensure compliance, and manage supplier relationships in an international setting.

You will build strong cross-border partnerships, identify savings, and negotiate robust contracts while upholding integrity and CSR standards; English and French language skills are essential, additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Procurement experience in regulated or international environments.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive procurement initiatives.
• Fluent in English and French; other languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Act as the main procurement advisor for third-party spend across MSIG Europe.
• Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to align procurement initiatives with business needs.
• Identify savings opportunities and optimize existing contracts.
• Ensure suppliers meet regulatory, ethical, and CSR standards.
• Develop market insights and translate them into procurement solutions.
• Negotiate and implement supplier contracts and service agreements.
• Maintain preferred supplier lists and ensure timely contract renewals.
• Support procurement best practices and contribute to building a modern procurement function.
• Work independently while collaborating across Europe.
