EFOR Belgium seeks CQV Engineers to drive commissioning, qualification and validation activities for pharmaceutical and biotechnology projects, including new facilities and capacity expansions. You will work on CQV strategies, protocols and reports to ensure GMP-compliant installations and equipment, collaborating with Engineering, Quality and Production teams.

We welcome engineers with experience in CQV and a strong understanding of DQ/FAT/SAT/IQ/OQ/PQ, ready to contribute to multi-disciplinary

Qualifications

• Scientific or technical degree in a relevant field.
• First successful or several years' experience in Commissioning, Qualification & Validation.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Good understanding of GMP environments and requirements.
• Hands-on knowledge of DQ / FAT / SAT / IQ / OQ / PQ lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, autonomous, detail-oriented, quality-driven mindset.
• Fluent English and French.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement Commissioning & Qualification strategies.
• Prepare, review and/or execute DQ, FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ and PQ activities.
• Coordinate CQV activities across project phases.
• Review qualification protocols, test results and raw data.
• Identify, investigate and follow up on deviations through to resolution.
• Prepare and approve qualification reports.
• Ensure GMP compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate stakeholders including Engineering, Quality, Production, suppliers and contractors.
• Manage CQV activities in line with project milestones and timelines.
