MEERAB GROUP in Belgium is seeking a Copilot Studio Platform Administrator to maintain the Copilot Studio and Power Platform components, ensuring a secure, stable, and compliant environment for users. You will manage deployment lifecycles across development, acceptance, and production environments, act as the first technical contact for platform users, and organize trainings and onboarding sessions.

The role requires hands-on credentials with Copilot Studio, Entra ID, ALM, environment

Qualifications

• Knowledge of environment and solution management

• Ability to deliver technical documentation and trainings

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Copilot Studio platform and related Power Platform components.
• Managing the topics around governance of Copilot Studio in collaboration with other stakeholders (e.g. IT security)
• Manage the deployment lifecycle across development, acceptance, and production environments.
• Act as the first point of technical contact for Copilot Studio platform users.
• Organize trainings, workshops, onboarding sessions, and office hours.

Service Description

Operate and maintain the Microsoft Copilot Studio platform to ensure a secure, stable, and compliant environment for citizen developers and business users. The role is responsible for platform administration, environment management, security configuration, deployment operations, and user enablement, working closely with the Product Owner, IT Security, and platform users. The role supports the governance process but does not own it. This aligns with the operational model described in your Copilot Studio governance materials, where IT administers access, environments, production promotion, and platform support.
