Responsabilités

• Administer and maintain Copilot Studio and related Power Platform components.
• Contribute to Copilot Studio governance with IT Security and stakeholders.
• Manage environments and deployment lifecycle across development, acceptance, production.
• Configure security, access, and environments.
• Act as the first technical contact for Copilot Studio users.
• Provide user support and troubleshoot platform issues.
• Organize training sessions, workshops, onboarding sessions, and office hours.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
• Contribute to continuous platform improvement and user enablement.
