ACCA Careers recherche un Comptable confirmé pour rejoindre l'équipe financière et garantir l'exactitude et la continuité des opérations comptables.

Le candidat idéal possède une première expérience en comptabilité, un diplôme pertinent et maîtrise le FR/EN; une connaissance du néerlandais est un atout. Poste en mode hybride avec possibilités de travail à distance deux jours par semaine.

Qualifications

• Première expérience en comptabilité ou finances
• Diplôme Bac+3/4 en comptabilité ou finance
• Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (écrit et parlé)
• Bonne connaissance de la réglementation belge et TVA
• Maîtrise des systèmes ERP et des outils de paiements et rapprochements

Responsabilités

• Gérer les factures fournisseurs de la réception à l'approbation et publication
• Assurer le bon traitement TVA et soutenir le suivi
• Préparer et traiter les paiements fournisseurs dans les délais
• Gérer les paiements via Isabel et assurer les contrôles appropriés
• Suivre les relances de paiement fournisseurs
• Réaliser les rapprochements AP/AR et suivre les soldes clients et fournisseurs
• Gérer les transactions bancaires et la documentation financière
• Soutenir les clôtures mensuelles, les audits et les comptes annuels

Our client is looking for a Medior Accountant to join its Accounting team and play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, reliability and continuity of our accounting operations.

Our client is a leading Belgian communications and marketing company, with offices in the heart of Brussels and close to the trainstation.

Missions

• Manage supplier invoices from receipt to approval and posting
• Ensure correct VAT treatment and support monitoring
• Prepare and process supplier payments on time
• Handle payments through Isabel and ensure proper controls
• Follow up on supplier payment reminders
• Perform AP/AR reconciliations and monitor customer and supplier balances
• Manage bank transactions and financial documentation
• Support monthly closings, audits and annual accounts

Profil du candidat

• At least a first experience in accounting or finance operations
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken). Dutch is a strong plus
• Solid knowledge of Belgian accounting and VAT regulations
• Comfortable working with ERP systems, payment tools and reconciliation processes
• Autonomous, structured, detail-orientated and proactive
• Strong team player with good communication and prioritization skills
