JobLive in Belgium is looking for a Sales Talent to join as a self-employed, commission-based partner able to work across Vlaanderen. You will identify SMEs in need of modern recruitment via video and persuade them of the value of the JobLive solution.

You will build and manage your own client portfolio with full autonomy, choosing your own schedule and approach. This role offers flexibility to work as a main job or side activity, with support from JobLive to get started.

Qualifications

• You are self-employed or willing to become so and you work results-driven.
• You have a commercial mindset and persuasive skills.
• You are strong in communication and enjoy talking to SMEs.
• Sales experience is a plus but not required—drive and motivation take precedence.
• You are independent and prefer to work autonomously.
