Luminus is seeking a Commercial Planner to support (Key) Account Managers in preparing complex proposals and coordinating governance files, events and CRM data. You will ensure timely follow-up and act as a liaison between sales, pricing, legal and other internal teams.
With a bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years in B2B sales support, you’ll be highly organized, fluent in French and Dutch, and proficient in Salesforce and MS Office. This hybrid Belgium role offers growth within the energy transition.

As a Commercial Planner, you play a key role in enabling our (Key) Account Managers to focus on customer development and commercial growth. By coordinating complex commercial proposals, preparing validation files, organizing customer events and ensuring flawless administrative follow-up, you contribute directly to the quality, efficiency and professionalism of our Business Accounts organization.
Supporting (Key) Account Managers in preparing and structuring complex commercial proposals by gathering, consolidating and validating technical and commercial information.
Preparing end-to-end validation committee files, ensuring completeness, accuracy and timely submission in line with internal governance requirements.
Coordinating customer loyalty events from A to Z, including logistics, vendor follow-up, invitations, registrations and budget monitoring.
Maintaining accurate customer files and commercial data in Salesforce, while ensuring proper follow-up of actions, deadlines and contract-related documentation.
Acting as a central point of coordination between Account Managers and internal stakeholders such as offering, pricing, legal and other support teams.
Identifying process improvements and efficiency gains in proposal preparation, CRM management, reporting and commercial support workflows.
You hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing or a related field.
You have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in sales support, commercial administration or a similar B2B role.
You are highly organized, accurate and comfortable managing multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders at the same time.
You communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, and enjoy working in a customer-facing support role.
You are familiar with Salesforce and MS Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
You are fluent in French and Dutch; a good knowledge of English is an asset.
