SELECT HR is seeking a skilled operator to run CNC and saw machines within a Belgian manufacturing facility. You will initiate production, monitor processes, and ensure tooling and workpieces are securely positioned for accurate cuts and milling.

The role requires inspecting finished profiles, verifying dimensions, detecting malfunctions, and reporting issues promptly. You will perform basic maintenance, support pre-production and series production, and ensure clean packaging of materials for

• Operate the CNC and saw machines.
• Detect and report machine malfunctions.
• Check the quality of the profiles to be produced and verify the dimensions and correct milling of finished profiles.
• Assemble and adjust cutting tools, position and secure workpieces, and set machining parameters (such as speed, feed, and lubrication).
• Perform preventive and corrective basic maintenance on machines and equipment.
• Start up and monitor the production process (including pre-production and series production).
• Clean and package the finished materials.
