Concordia International in Belgium seeks a Client Advisor to serve expat clients from our NATO office. You will manage the end-to-end non-life insurance portfolio, advise clients, prepare quotations, and issue policies.

The role requires several years in the insurance sector, strong English/French/Dutch communication, and accuracy in BRIO data entry. We offer a competitive salary, meal vouchers, group insurance, hybrid working, and the chance to work at multiple Brussels-area offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in insurance or equivalent qualification.
• Several years of experience in the insurance sector.
• Solid knowledge of non-life insurance products and expats focus.
• Strong communication skills in English and/or French and/or Dutch.
• Accurate, organized, and meticulous in administrative tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and BRIO.

Responsabilités

• Act as first point of contact for expat clients within the NATO office.
• End-to-end management and follow-up of the non-life insurance portfolio.

• As a Client Advisor in our NATO office, you will act as the first point of contact for clients within your assigned client segment (expats).
• You will be responsible for the end-to-end management and accurate follow-up of your non-life insurance portfolio.
• You will advise clients, prepare quotations, contact clients, discuss the proposed insurance solutions, and issue new insurance policies.
• You will process all relevant data and contracts in our BRIO management system.
• You will communicate with both insurers and clients on a daily basis via email and telephone.

• You are willing to work from our NATO office and understand that access to the premises is subject to NATO’s strict security and registration procedures. You are comfortable complying with these requirements.
• You are willing to work from the NATO office every weekday.
