Mondelēz International is seeking motivated interns for the Sales department in Mechelen, Belgium. You will support category management, promotions, and merchandising initiatives while learning to analyse markets and develop strategic recommendations.

Fluency in English is required, French or Dutch a plus. The internship runs for 6 months starting January 2027, with a flexible teleworking option and various benefits.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a University or Business School pursuing a Master’s Degree.
• Internship agreement for the full duration of the internship.
• Previous internship in Sales or Marketing, FMCG preferred.
• Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Support Category Management to optimise brand and retailer performance.
• Assist Promo/Shopper Activation Managers with campaigns and analytics.
• Analyze market data and competition to propose ranges and marketing innovations.
• Develop merchandising plans and category expertise.
• Contribute to future promo long-term plans and market trend insights.
