Roadsurfer GmbH in Belgium is seeking a motivated individual for the full-time role of Van Preparation Specialist. You will be responsible for preparing the interior and exterior of camper vans, conducting technical checks, and inspecting returned vehicles for damage.

The ideal candidate is reliable, hands-on, and holds a driver's license class B. Knowledge in vehicle detailing is advantageous. The position offers a salary of approximately 2,450 € and includes weekend work.

Qualifications

• Hands-on approach with no problem getting hands dirty.
• Ability to work independently and precisely.

Responsabilités

• Prepare the interior and exterior of the vans professionally.
• Conduct technical check-ups including tire pressure and fluid levels.
• Inspect returned camper vans for damage.
• Remove stickers and fix small paint damage.
• Assist with other work-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the professional interior and exterior preparation of our vans
• You carry out the technical check-up (check tire pressure, oil and water levels)
• You keep an eye on our camper vans when they are returned after the vacation and check for any damage that has occurred
• You take care of removing stickers and fixing small paint damage
• You will also assist with other work-related tasks

Qualifications

• You are reliable, motivated, and comfortable with camper-vans
• You are absolutely hands‑on (meaning you have no problem getting your hands dirty)
• Independent and precise work is not a problem for you
• You have a driver's license class B
• Knowledge in the field of vehicle detailing and technical understanding is desirable

Contract

• Full‑time: 40h/week, including weekends
• Start: July - 31.10.26
• Salary: ~ 2.450 €
