BraveTech EU seeks a Project Officer Electronic Warfare to drive C2/EW innovation within the EU Defence framework. You will lead the technical content and evaluation logic for EW challenges, ensuring outputs support Member States' decision making.

You will collaborate with EU institutions, member states and test centres to translate operational needs into measurable criteria and robust evidence. A background in defence tech and program coordination is essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering, physics, science and technology, operational research, or systems engineering.
• At least six years of relevant professional experience after the degree.
• C2/EW domain expertise with experience in planning, test & evaluation contexts.
• Experience coordinating inputs across multiple stakeholders in an international environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead evaluation criteria and ensure methodological integrity across tracks.
• Translate C2/EW needs into test plans, criteria and data needs.
• Ensure traceability from challenge to experimentation to readiness recommendation.
• Engage military end-users, ranges and test centres to ensure operational realism.
• Identify integration pathways and flag blockers to uptake.
