Michael Page International (Belgium) in Diegem seeks a Business Controller to support financial and strategic decisions within a seven-person Finance team. You will act as a Finance Business Partner to Sales & Marketing, leading analyses and contributing to budgets and forecasts.

The role focuses on sales performance analyses, variance investigations, and evaluating the financial impact of new products, while driving process optimization in an international setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration or Business Engineering.
• Around 5–7 years of financial experience in Controlling or External Audit.
• Fluency in French or Dutch with good understanding of the other language.
• Very good Excel skills.
• Willing to take on a broad role in a dynamic international company.

Responsabilités

• Act as Finance Business Partner to the Sales & Marketing teams.
• Be responsible for the sales & performance analyses.
• Participate in the construction of the budgets and forecasts.
• Be in charge of the variances analyses between actuals and budget.
• Challenging the business on the financial impact of the launch of new products.
• Being responsible for the maintain and optimization of financial processes.
• Participating to several important projects with a financial prospective.
