This role involves performing standard business analysis tasks as well as specific GxP-related activities to ensure compliance and quality in all business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Ensure that requirements are clear, concise, and aligned with business objectives.

Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

GxP Compliance: Ensure all business processes comply with GxP regulations. Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify compliance. Address any non-compliance issues promptly.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of business processes and requirements. Prepare and present reports to senior management and regulatory authorities.

Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations. Provide regular updates and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance business efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Proven experience in business analysis within the Life Sciences sector.

Strong knowledge of GxP regulations and requirements.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
