LGA IT is seeking a BI and Data specialist in Belgium to translate business requirements into data-driven IT solutions and to build practical Power BI dashboards for management insights.

You will collaborate with data engineers and architects to optimize the central data platform, lead adoption by key users, and ensure data quality through sprint-based checks.

In deze rol neem jij het voortouw bij het vertalen van complexe businessbehoeften naar werkbare, datagestuurde IT-oplossingen. Je fungeert als de onmisbare schakel tussen de operationele afdelingen en het technische team om processen slimmer in te richten.

• Je brengt rapporteringsvragen van verschillende afdelingen in kaart en zet deze om in heldere functionele vereisten.
• Samen met data engineers en de architect optimaliseer je het centrale dataplatform voor een feilloze informatiestroom.
• Je ontwerpt en bouwt overzichtelijke dashboards in Power BI waardoor het management direct bruikbare inzichten krijgt.
• Regelmatig overleg je met het internationale team en een collega Business Analyst om best practices en datastructuren te stroomlijnen.
• Je begeleidt key-users nauwgezet bij de adoptie van rapportages en introduceert hen in de wereld van self-service reporting.
• Kwaliteitscontroles op data workflows voer je gestructureerd uit binnen een ritme van sprints van drie weken.
