Yuzzu, an AXA Group member, is seeking a Business Analyst to gather and analyze business needs, translate them into functional requirements, and lead refinement with the development team. You will test features and ensure functional consistency of the application.

The role requires at least a bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in analysis, fluent English, and proficiency in French or Dutch, plus strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience in analysis.
• Fluent in English and at least one of French or Dutch.
• Experience in front-end requirements analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret customer needs and translate them into functional requirements.
• Ability to interact professionally with various stakeholders at all levels: users, directors, managers, and specialists.
• Strong team spirit.
• Proactive and enthusiastic.
• Practical mindset and good judgment.
• Strong sense of priorities, time management, organizational skills, and ability to work on multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
