Nexeo is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead Certificate Lifecycle Management and PKI initiatives in Brussels. You will drive governance across Development, Infrastructure and Cybersecurity, manage PoC with a Certificate Authority, and ensure successful delivery within a regulated security environment.

Ideal candidates have strong PKI knowledge, CLM experience, and proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams without direct hierarchical authority.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of digital certificates and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
• Strong understanding of Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM).
• Experience managing IT projects in security/infrastructure contexts.
• Understanding of certificate issuance, renewal, deployment and revocation processes.
• Ability to discuss PKI, certificates and security infrastructure with technical teams.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate and monitor delivery of initial project phases.
• Define objectives, milestones, deliverables, dependencies and timelines.
• Follow up on risks, issues and dependencies across workstreams.
• Coordinate resources and ensure alignment across Development, Infrastructure and Cybersecurity.
• Monitor progress to meet scope, quality and deadlines.
• Prepare the project for Go/No-Go decision for deployment phase.
• Lead PoC with Certificate Authority and validate CLM/PKI solution.
