Sœur is seeking a Brand Ambassador to enhance the customer experience in ourKnokke boutique. You will welcome clients, guide them through product selections, and support loyalty-building initiatives in a warm, professional environment.

You will also contribute to visual merchandising and stock management while working at the outlet. Fluency in English and Dutch is required, with a 30-hour weekly schedule in a fast-growing brand emphasizing diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Dutch.
• Availability for 30 hours per week.

Responsabilités

• Welcome our customers in a warm and professional atmosphere.
• Build customer loyalty by offering personalized support and understanding customer needs.
• Be a driving force in product selection and master product characteristics (shapes, materials, colors, finishes).
• Contribute to visual merchandising by following the manager's instructions and keeping the sales area well-maintained.
• Participate in essential sales activities: cash collection, processing deliveries and returns, and stock management.
