Bekina NV in Belgium is seeking a full-time machine operator to join a two-shift production line for safety boots. You will operate a boot production machine with a colleague, apply parts to the mould, and manage residue trimming after training.

You will also clean the machine between runs to ensure smooth operation. You work in a quality-oriented environment, closely cooperating with a teammate, and are proud of delivering top products to customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar production environment is an important asset.
• Willingness to learn and to work in a very quality-oriented way.
• Enjoy working closely with your colleague and jump in to help when needed.
• Proud of your work and dedicated to making top products for our customers.
• Have your own transport.
• Dutch knowledge is a plus; if foreign-speaking, willing to learn Dutch; some knowledge of English or French is useful.

Responsabilités

• Operate a safety boot production machine together with a colleague.
• Apply parts (steel top, stocking, steel sole) to the mould; manage automatic plastic injection; remove finished boots.
• Clean the machine after production to be ready for the next run.
• After training, assist on two other machines for trimming larger residues and removing fine residues at the seam.
• Quality control: inspect boots and ensure they meet standards.
