David Lloyd Clubs in Antwerp is seeking a Group Exercise Supervisor to lead the BLAZE boutique studio offering. You will coordinate class timetables, events, and member engagement, ensuring quality programming and compliance. The role requires CIMSPA Level 3 and a passion for health and fitness.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong communication, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to inspire members to achieve their goals within a vibrant club environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a minimum CIMSPA Level 3 qualification to apply.
• At least 1 year of experience delivering group exercise classes.
• Passionate about health and fitness; capable of inspiring members to reach goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven with a positive outlook.
• Demonstrated customer-service focus.

Responsabilités

• Manage Blaze timetable and social events in line with Programming Excellence principles.
• Oversee MYZONE community and club reports including H&S and compliance checks.

As Blaze Supervisor, you will work closely with other departments to ensure the Blaze timetable and social events are managed in line with Programming Excellence principles . Alongside managing the MYZONE community, system and club reports such as H&S and compliance checks.

About You

• Please be aware , you must hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA to apply for this role
• Minimum 1 year experience teaching group exercise classes
• You will have a passionate about health and fitness and able to support and inspire our members achieve their goals .
• Have overall great communication and interaction skills
• Be s elf-driven with a positive outlook
• Have a passion about customer service.
