Belgie Vacature is seeking an Administrative & Warehouse Associate to join a biotech environment in Belgium. You will split duties between administrative tasks and hands-on warehouse activities, handling inventory, documentation, and compliant storage of biological materials.

Ideal candidates bring logistics or warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team with English as the working language. On-site arrival is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or warehouse work.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle administrative tasks (logbooks, forms).
• Follows procedures to ensure product quality and safety.
• Team player with collaborative mindset.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Able to commute independently to work.

Responsabilités

• Process inventory receipts, verify documentation, maintain logbooks, and complete forms accurately.
• Use SAP to handle inbound, picking, and outbound transactions.
• Receive and inspect biological products in a temperature-controlled environment, following GMP/GDP procedures.
• Safely handle materials stored at very low temperatures and ensure correct storage and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Operations and Quality to support Production and Laboratory activities.
