BIO BASE EUROPE PILOT PLANT is seeking a Bio Process Technician to work with a team of engineers and technicians on a wide variety of innovative projects. You will prepare processes and set up (pre-) industrial pilot installations to scale up and optimize bio-based processes that contribute to a sustainable bio-economy and climate solutions.

You will monitor fermentation, biocatalysis, and purification steps, take samples, and analyse results to identify potential improvements.

Responsabilités

• Prepare processes and set up (pre-) industrial pilot installations.
• Closely monitor the process parameters of scale-up processes (fermentation, biocatalysis, purification).
• Regularly take samples, analyse them in the lab, and critically evaluate results to suggest improvements.
• Act as ambassador for safety, structure, and hygiene in the process environment.
