NOEL FRANKLIN in Oostnieuwkerke is seeking a BIM Coordinator to build, detail, and coordinate BIM models for diverse construction projects.

You will work with project and site teams to ensure drawings meet specifications and update designs based on feedback, using AutoCAD and Revit. This role supports work preparation, estimation dossiers, and BIM standardization, with 3D visualization for better presentations.

Responsabilités

• Develop BIM models and coordinate designs for multiple construction projects.
• Prepare designs in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Collaborate closely with project and site teams to ensure drawings meet specifications and update designs as required.
• Support work preparation and execution teams with technical drawings and studies.
• Prepare and develop dossiers for price requests for the estimating department.
• Check and validate BIM models using Solibri.
• Contribute to standardizing BIM processes within the company.
• Process and generate quantities lists and measurement statements from BIM models.
• Visualize 3D designs for project presentations.
