Adfil Construction Fibers, part of Saint-Gobain, seeks a Concrete Laboratory Technician (R&D) to perform mortar and concrete testing and support research projects.

You will join a collaborative R&D team, report to the R&D Manager, and enjoy a modern, growing company with a family-like atmosphere and attractive fringe benefits.

Full-time role (40 hours/week) with opportunities to grow within the organization and contribute to fiber-reinforced concrete innovations.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of concrete technology.
• Experience in quality control testing for mortar and concrete is a plus.
• Good English communication skills; Dutch is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform R&D and quality control testing on mortar and concrete, including fresh & mechanical testing.
• Collaborate with the R&D team and contribute to research projects.
• Actively participate in R&D projects and technical meetings.
• Report directly to the R&D Manager.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of concrete technology.
• Experience in quality control testing for mortar and concrete is a plus.
• Strong teamwork skills and sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to actively participate in R&D projects.
• Good English communication skills; Dutch is a plus.
