Cementir Holding, through its Belgian subsidiary Compagnie des Ciments Belges (CCB) in Gaurain-Ramecroix, Belgium, seeks a Group-level Quarry & Aggregates professional. You will define, standardize, and monitor KPI-driven performance across mining and aggregate operations, collaborating with Local teams to ensure safety, compliance, and sustainable resource use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in mining and/or aggregates, or construction industry focusing on extraction activities.
• Understanding of KPIs development, benchmarking, and performance analysis.
• Project management and execution skills.
• Knowledge of aggregate processing equipment, mining machinery, and process optimization dynamics.
• Travel availability: 50%.
• Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of data visualization tools.
• Plus (preferred): Spatial data software such as Surpac, AutoCAD 3D, or similar; MineSched or similar.

Responsabilités

• Develop/improve, implement, and monitor KPIs to assess operational efficiency, cost performance, resource utilization, and environmental performance for mining operations and the aggregate business.
• Provide actionable recommendations to optimize OPEX, enhance productivity and performance improvement and contribute to improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices in quarrying and aggregate production processes, bottlenecks, throughput improvements, and resource utilization.
• Identify opportunities for automation and digital tools to improve efficiency, safety, and performance monitoring/reporting.
• Work with local teams to evaluate CAPEX feasibility studies and develop business cases with technical insights.
• Monitor and support strategic CAPEX initiatives for timely implementation; contribute to industrial roadmaps and budgets.
