Belfius invites you to a structured development program in Antwerp, with about 18 months of coaching to master core banking areas and a clear path into Investing. You will build knowledge across payments, insurance and mortgages while preparing to advise clients on investments.

Ideal candidates hold a master’s degree, up to 2 years of experience, and are keen to explore banking products. Flexible hours and a modern workplace support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• A master's diploma and up to 2 years of work experience.
• Interest in the financial world and banking domains.
• Willingness to explore multiple economic areas and investments.
• Strong client interpersonal skills and solution orientation.
• Commercial mindset and ambition; bilingual Dutch/French is a plus.

Responsabilités
