Belgie Vacature seeks an experienced lawyer to join its innovative legal team in the Belgian infrastructure sector. You will advise on diverse legal matters, draft and negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors, and guide complex files through to completion.

Requirements include a Master in Law, 5–7 years of relevant experience, strong corporate and contract law knowledge, fluent Dutch and professional English, and willingness to travel across East- and West-Flanders offices.

• Strong knowledge of corporate, contract, and obligations law.
• Proficiency in Dutch and professional English.
• Willingness to travel between East- and West-Flanders offices.

Responsabilités

• Advise on a range of legal issues across different domains.
• Draft, analyse, and negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Manage complex cases and monitor legal risks.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of subcontractors.
• Monitor and translate laws to practical, actionable advice.
• Support management during negotiations and decision-making.
• Ensure correct application of internal processes and compliance guidelines.
