Sphere Defense, a startup based in Brussels, is seeking an experienced Control Systems Engineer to design and develop high-performance autonomous countermeasures for aerial threats. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Control Systems or Aerospace engineering and proficiency in Matlab, C++, and Python. This role involves hands-on work with flight control systems and a strong understanding of control methods. Qualifications

• You must have experience with complex production-grade flight control systems.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills in English; French or Dutch is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop autonomous countermeasures for aerial threats.
• Own, document, and test reliable autonomous systems focused on flight control.
• Architect and tune control systems for high-speed flying robots.
• Build and maintain high-fidelity HIL and SIL simulation.
• Collaborate closely with hardware during development and tests.
