Adecco seeks a Project Leader to manage automotive projects from product and process development through industrialization and serial production. You will serve as the central contact among customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure quality, budget, and timing objectives are met.

The role requires a Master’s degree in engineering or related field and 3–5 years of project coordination within manufacturing. Fluent English is required; French and German are pluses.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of project coordination/management in manufacturing (plastics or automotive a plus).
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsabilités

• Manage projects from concept/design to industrialization and production launch.
• Define, monitor, and update plans, milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across Engineering, Tooling, Quality, Production, Purchasing, Logistics, and Sales.
• Lead project meetings with internal teams, customers, and suppliers.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain project documentation, timing plans, and technical reports.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and automotive quality standards.
