Toyota Material Handling Europe is seeking an Operational Control & Digital Automation specialist to join the Operational control and analytics team. The role reports to the Logistics Operational Control and Analytics Manager and can be based in Willebroek (Belgium), Mjölby (Sweden) or Crespellano (Italy).

You will monitor performance, develop KPIs, and drive automation initiatives across Europe, including SAP S/4HANA and GUI expertise, VBA, RPA, and ABAP development.

Qualifications

• Data Scientist or data-oriented Supply Chain graduate with SAP experience.
• Ability to build automation solutions (VBA, RPA, Power Automate, ABAP).
• Ability to work effectively across teams and be a team player.
• 3–7+ years in Operations, Supply Chain, or related roles.

Responsabilités

• Understand core processes and data structures to monitor performance and issue KPIs.
• Deliver data-driven process improvements and lead end-to-end changes.
• Act as SAP expert (SAP S/4HANA and SAP GUI) across processes.
• Promote data quality initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify automation opportunities and map processes to automation-ready designs.
• Implement automation solutions using VBA, RPA, Power Automate and ABAP.
