IntaPeople: STEM Recruitment is supporting a Kortrijk-area client seeking an Automation Engineer to drive the digitalisation of industrial processes and create modular OT solutions. You will join the central OT team and focus on nearby sites while supporting global requests.

Key technologies include AVEVA System Platform and Historian, AVEVA OMI, Kepware KepserverEX, and Siemens Step7/TIA Portal. Dutch, English and basic French are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with Siemens Step 7 and TIA Portal.
• Experience with Kepware KepserverEX or similar middleware.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English; basic French.

My client in the Kortrijk area are looking for an Automation Engineer to join the team.

The Automation Engineer focuses on our client's move toward the digitalisation of industrial processes using the following technologies, software, and tools: AVEVA (formerly Wonderware) System Platform, AVEVA Historian & AVEVA OMI, Kepware’s KepserverEX, and Siemens Step7/TIA Portal.

As part of the central OT team, you develop and maintain the digital model and modular solutions to address a wide range of requests from production sites worldwide, with a focus on nearby sites.

Essential skills:

• Siemens Step 7 and TIA Portal


• Middleware platforms experience – they use Kepware so experience with this or something similar


• Dutch, English and basic French

Nice-to-have skills:

• Grafana


• Windows environment background (windows servers)
