CTRL-F NV zoekt een Automation Engineer om controle- en besturingssystemen te ontwerpen, programmeren en optimaliseren voor industriële toepassingen. Je ontwikkelt PLC- en HMI-programma's en zorgt voor naadloze integratie met machines en productielijnen.

Je voert op stagedagen testen en commissioning uit, werkt met Profinet/Profibus en rapporteert aan de Automatisering Afdeling. Kandidaten hebben een Bachelor/Master in industriële automatisering en sterke affiniteit met PLC's en elektrotechniek.

Qualifications

• Bachelor- of masterdiploma in industriële automatisering / elektromechanica.
• Goede kennis van PLC's en elektrotechniek.
• Kennis van MS Office en ERP-systemen.

Responsabilités

• Analyseren van technische specificaties en automatiseringsprojecten voorbereiden.
• PLC-software ontwikkelen, testen en integreren op machines.
• HMI-systemen programmeren en on-site installeren.
• Controle van veiligheid en kwaliteitsstandaarden.
• Storingen oplossen en technische aanpassingen uitvoeren.

Description du poste

The Automation Engineer plays a key role in designing, programming and optimising control systems for industrial applications. You will work closely with colleagues to deliver efficient and innovative automation solutions.

You will develop and maintain PLC and HMI programmes and ensure that the software integrates seamlessly with the machines and production lines.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Analysing technical specifications and preparing automation projects. You ensure that all information and materials are available for implementation.
• Developing, programming and testing PLC software (including Siemens S7 and TIA Portal)
• Programming HMI systems
• Commissioning and testing control systems, both in the workshop and on-site.
• Troubleshooting faults and carrying out technical modifications.
• Working with communication protocols such as Profinet, Profibus and Modbus, etc.
• Monitoring projects and liaising with clients and internal teams.
• Ensuring effective coordination between software, hardware and mechanical components.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, whilst taking the initiative to improve processes.
• Upon completion, evaluating projects, including the performance of the automation system, any areas for improvement, etc.
• Bachelor- of masterdiploma behaald in industriële automatisering, elektromechanica of reeds relevante ervaring opgebouwd.
• Neemt verantwoordelijkheid op en hecht belang aan kwaliteit, veiligheid en milieu.
• Sterke affiniteit met PLC\'s en elektrotechniek.
• Kan snel technische informatie verwerken en analyseren.
• Kennis van elektrische schema’s.
• Ervaring met machineveiligheid is een pluspunt.
• Goede kennis van MS Office en ERP-systemen
• Communicatief vaardig en werkt graag samen met collega\'s.
• Is klantgericht, oplossingsgericht en neemt initiatief
• Goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels.
