Lonza is recruiting an Associate Director Transfer Pricing in Bornem, Belgium, to lead the stand‑alone tax function post carve‑out. You will shape TP policies, govern TP activities, and partner with Finance, Legal, and tax teams to ensure compliant, scalable transfer pricing across jurisdictions.
You will manage documentation, liaise with external advisors, support restructurings and M&A, and drive governance for an independent CHI tax function within Lonza.
Location: Bornem
The Associate Director Transfer Pricing plays a key role in the build‑up of the standalone tax function following the carve‑out of the Capsules and Health Ingredients business, supporting the transition from the former group setting to an independent operating model. The role will be instrumental in designing, establishing, and embedding transfer pricing policies, processes, and governance fit for a standalone organisation, while supporting business operations, restructuring projects, and regulatory developments.
