Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) in Belgium is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Leader to drive day-to-day operations, coach a winning team, and push for top performance while ensuring an outstanding guest experience. You will own KPIs, manage staff rosters, and support stock and administrative tasks.

You will lead by example, build strong teams, maintain smooth operations, and foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests and colleagues alike. Be you, bring energy, and help us grow together.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams in fast-paced hospitality or retail environments.
• Ability to train, coach and motivate staff to exceed standards.
• Strong focus on guest experience and operational efficiency.
