Bleckmann België N.V. is seeking a Finance Analyst to support monthly reporting, KPI tracking, and data-driven decision making. You will collect and validate financial data, prepare management-ready information, and help drive the forecasting process.

In this role you’ll collaborate with senior controllers and accounting teams to ensure data accuracy, maintain reporting tools, and contribute to continuous improvements in reporting processes and data quality across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing financial reports and monthly performance indicators.
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting processes by collecting, validating and structuring data.
• Ability to perform basic variance analyses on financial results and explain deviations.

Key tasks and responsibilities

• Ondersteunen bij de opmaak van financiële rapporteringen, waaronder maandelijkse prestatierapporten en de opvolging van KPI's.
• Assisteren bij budgetterings- en forecastprocessen door financiële gegevens te verzamelen, te valideren en te structureren.
• Uitvoeren van basisvariantieanalyses op financiële resultaten, afwijkingen identificeren en meehelpen bij het formuleren van verklaringen.
• Voorbereiden van gegevens voor managementrapporteringen en ondersteunen bij de analyse van financiële prestaties.
• Waken over de juistheid en consistentie van financiële gegevens in systemen en rapportages.
• Ondersteunen van senior controllers en accountingteams bij analyse- en rapporteringsactiviteiten.
• Beheren en onderhouden van financiële datasets en rapporteringstools, met oog voor de betrouwbaarheid van de gegevens.
• Bijdragen aan verbeteringen van rapporteringsprocessen en de kwaliteit van financiële data.
