Board Of Innovation is seeking an Applied AI Director to own the quality and delivery of complex AI transformation engagements end-to-end. You will lead clients from C-suite priority to working AI capability, shaping roadmaps, defining workflows, and driving build, adoption, and value realization of AI products.

You will also independently structure proposals, scope engagements, and shape commercial strategy while growing accounts and developing reusable IP.

• Independently structure approaches, set direction, define top-down roadmaps the organization can actually execute, and define what good looks like in production, not on slides.
• Navigate ambiguity with confidence, making decisions and keeping things moving without waiting for direction.
• Be a trusted partner to clients: shape their transformation agenda and manage complex stakeholder dynamics.
• Translate C-suite priorities into bottom-up impact: scope use cases into buildable workflows and steer blended strategist-engineer squads.

About The Role

As an Applied AI Director, you will own the quality and delivery of complex AI transformation engagements end-to-end. Working closely with our Managing Director of Applied AI, you'll be the senior person across both delivery and proposal development - making sure what we sell is valuable, what we deliver is excellent, and what reaches clients brings the clarity required to enable decision making and strong execution.

You'll lead clients from C-suite priority to working AI capability: structuring opportunities and business cases, defining top-down execution roadmaps, and driving the build, adoption, and value realization of AI products. Your bias is simplification: finding the shortest path to value, not adding frameworks. You've built and deployed AI products for real users, and seen their impact. You know the distance between a demo and production, and you use AI daily. We believe the best people to lead AI transformation are those who live it themselves.

What You Will Do

Lead AI Transformation Engagements

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream AI transformation programs - from strategy through build, deployment, and measured value realization.

• Independently structure proposals, scope engagements, and shape commercial strategy
• Grow accounts by identifying real expansion opportunities grounded in what you've delivered
• Turn successful engagements into case studies, thought leadership, and reusable IP

• Champion AI-first ways of working through your own daily practice. Build your own tools and workflows.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members across multiple engagements
