Q8Truck in Antwerp/Rotterdam is seeking an Integration Lead to shape its API and integration landscape across partners and platforms.

You own the lifecycle from analysis to operations, define standards, lead designers, developers and suppliers, and align business, IT and security. The role demands a degree in CS with 5+ years in API integration, expertise in API management or iPaaS/ESB (WSO2, IBM API Connect, Apigee, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi), and strong English.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related field with 5+ years in API integration and development.
Strong API design and integration expertise; understanding of complex integration flows, governance, and scalable architectures.
Experience with API management, iPaaS, or ESB platforms (WSO2, IBM API Connect, Apigee, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) and both on‑premises and cloud integrations.
Proven track record leading teams, managing projects, suppliers, stakeholders, and budgets.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
