Air Liquide in Belgium seeks an Operations Engineer for its ALLEX graduate program. You will learn to manage a large network of plants and pipelines across Benelux and Germany, delivering gases to refineries and chemical plants, while working in the Remote Operations Control Center in Zaventem.

The programme offers a permanent position with an international 6‑month assignment after 18 months, plus mentoring and an international network.

Qualifications

• ALLEX program requires a recent graduate (max 36 months experience).
• Fluent in English with good Dutch; German or French also valued.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift system.
• Ability to learn on the job and develop professionally.

Responsabilités

• Learn to operationally manage the complete portfolio of plants and pipelines.
• Deliver gases to refineries, chemical plants, steel plants, etc.
• Work in the Remote Operations Control Center (ROCC) in Zaventem.
• Participate in ALLEX program with a 6-month international assignment after 18 months.
