Jobat is seeking a Junior Blowerdoor Technician to perform airtightness tests on residential and commercial projects in Belgium. You will operate blower door equipment, interpret results, and prepare clear technical reports for customers.

You will explain findings and provide technical advice on improvements to enhance a building's airtightness, while working on-site and maintaining strong relationships as the technical point of contact for clients.

Responsabilités

• Performing blower door tests at residential homes, apartment buildings, retail stores, and other construction projects.
• Using specialized testing equipment to measure the airtightness of buildings and identify air leakage.
• Interpreting test results and preparing clear, accurate technical reports.
• Explaining the results to customers and providing technical advice on potential improvements to enhance a building's airtightness.
• Working independently on-site while ensuring a high-quality, accurate and customer-focused execution of all measurements.
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with customers and acting as their technical point of contact throughout the testing process.
