TechWolf in Belgium seeks an AI Project Manager within the Professional Services team to own customer engagements end-to-end, from kickoff to first value realization. You will enable client teams, work AI-first with agentic tools, and partner with AI Implementation Consultants to tailor solutions for enterprise HR platforms.

The role focuses on delivering measurable outcomes, strong stakeholder engagement, and a proactive, shipping mindset as you collaborate across functions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in consulting or client-facing delivery roles.
• Track record of running customer-facing projects with measurable outcomes.
• Structured problem solving and stakeholder management in front of diverse executives.
• Excitement for AI-first work and use of agentic AI tools.
• Based in Belgium and willing to work from the Ghent office ≥3 days/week.

• Adapt solutions to customer context; ship a lean version first to prove value.
• Lead trainings, workshops and walkthroughs to enable customer teams to use the solution and data.
• Operate AI-first with internal agents and agentic tools to accelerate delivery.
• Partner with Customer Success to ensure ongoing value and scalable solutions.
• Provide feedback to product/engineering based on customer insights and needs.

The AI Project Manager owns customer engagements end-to-end. From kickoff to first value realization, you partner with our AI Implementation Consultants to apply TechWolf's solutions to the customer's specific business problems, and drive the project to a working outcome the customer can point to and say: this works.

You enable and educate the customer's team along the way, so what we deliver actually sticks. And you do all of it AI-first: our internal agents and agentic tools aren't decoration, they're your leverage. You ship sharper, faster, and with more creative range than any traditional consultant could.

What you'll do

• Own the engagement: from kickoff to first value realization, you're the person accountable for the project. Manage timeline, scope, risk, budget, and stakeholders, from analyst to C-suite.
• Adapt our solutions to the customer's reality: dig deep into the workflows and business problems the customer is solving for; work with our AI Implementation Consultants to shape how TechWolf's solutions apply to their specific context; ship a lean version first to prove value.
• Enable and educate the customer's team: lead trainings, workshops, and walkthroughs so the people on the customer side know how to use the solution and the data behind it. The solution doesn't land if nobody can run with it.
• Operate AI-first: use our internal agents and agentic tools (Claude Code and beyond) as your real leverage; compress knowledge work from days to hours; ship with creative range traditional consulting can't match.
• Partner with Customer Success: drive ongoing success by collaborating throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring a strong handover, a scalable solution, and a customer ready to grow with us.
• Bring the field back into the product: what you see at customers shapes what we build next. Feed insights, friction points, and unmet needs back to our product and engineering teams, so the next engagement starts sharper than the last.

Who you are

• You spent 3+ years in consulting, or in a client-facing delivery role at a scale-up (solutions, deployment, engagement).
• You possess a track record of running customer-facing projects with measurable outcomes, not just decks.
• You're sharp on structured problem-solving and stakeholder management; comfortable in front of a CHRO and a junior HRBP in the same week.
• You're excited about working AI-first day to day. You already use agentic AI tools, or you can't wait to. You see the shift in how consultants work as one of the most interesting things happening right now.
• You have a bias toward shipping. Given a choice between a polished plan and a working prototype, you ship the prototype.
• You're based in Belgium and eager to work from the Ghent office at least 3 days a week.
• Bonus: prior exposure to HR tech.
