Bleckmann is seeking an AI Product Owner to bridge business needs with technology opportunities, delivering AI-powered solutions across the organisation. You will own vision, roadmap, and backlog for AI initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders, Data Scientists, and architects to create measurable value.

You’ll translate business challenges into user stories, guide backlog prioritisation, and ensure quality and adoption of AI products in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager or similar.
• Strong interest in AI, data and digital innovation.
• Familiar with Scrum and Kanban.
• Translate complex challenges into actionable requirements.
• Excellent communicator with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with AI or Generative AI is a strong asset.
• Experience with development teams and digital products is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive the vision, strategy and roadmap for AI products and initiatives.
• Identify opportunities where AI can improve operational efficiency, customer experience and business processes.
• Own and prioritize the AI product backlog based on business value, feasibility and strategic objectives.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, use cases and acceptance criteria.
• Act as the key point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Collaborate closely with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, Developers and Solution Architects to deliver valuable solutions.
• Support Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning and reviews.
• Validate delivered functionality and ensure solutions meet business expectations and quality standards.
• Monitor adoption, performance and impact of AI solutions and continuously optimize where needed.
• Stay up to date with developments in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for Bleckmann.

About the job

At Bleckmann, innovation and technology play a key role in supporting our international logistics operations and delivering exceptional client experiences. As we continue to accelerate our AI journey, we are looking for an AI Product Owner who can bridge business needs and technology opportunities to deliver impactful AI solutions across the organization.

In this role, you will own the vision, roadmap and backlog of our AI initiatives. You will work closely with business stakeholders, Data & AI specialists, Solution Architects and development teams to identify opportunities, prioritize use cases and successfully deliver AI-powered solutions that create measurable business value. The role builds on the responsibilities of a Product Owner while focusing specifically on AI-driven innovation and adoption.

What you'll do

Who you are

• You have experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager or in a similar role.
• You have a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Data and Digital Innovation.
• You are familiar with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• You can translate complex business challenges into structured and actionable requirements.
• You are an excellent communicator and can engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You are comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Experience with AI, machine learning, predictive analytics or Generative AI solutions is considered a strong asset.
• Experience working with development teams and digital products is highly desirable.
