Isabel Group is seeking a detail-oriented QA/validation professional to shape and test financial fraud detection workflows. You will analyze functional needs, orchestrate AI agents for requirements and test design, and validate outcomes with stakeholders to ensure robust end-to-end traceability and release quality.
The role emphasizes ambiguity tolerance, continuous learning, and collaboration across cross-functional teams, with a hybrid work model and a focus on fraud-related payments.
At Isabel, we believe that real innovation happens when people and ideas connect
That’s why we’re building more than technology, we’re building an ecosystem.
One where every voice counts, and where your work can truly make a difference.
We’re looking for curious minds and collaborative builders. People who believe success means growing together, learning from each other, and challenging the status quo.
If that sounds like you, keep reading.
Fraud is evolving fast, and fraudsters are exploiting the fragmentation of the financial ecosystem to deceive victims and outpace bank anti-fraud teams.
Detecting fraud schemes and protecting victims requires collaboration across financial institutions, trusted partners such as telecom operators and technology platforms, and public authorities.
You will work on TILDA, a neutral platform that provides a secure, governed environment where banks and other trusted partners can exchange fraud signals and collaborate on investigations. Our mission is to connect the right signals with the organizations best placed to act on them.
Analyze functional needs and translate them into structured requirements and acceptance criteria
Use and orchestrate AI agents to support requirements analysis, test design, test-data preparation, defect analysis, and documentation
Validate AI-generated requirements and test scenarios with business and technical stakeholders
Execute manual sanity tests and coordinate broader functional validation
Ensure end-to-end traceability from requirements to tests, evidence, and defects
Triage incoming bugs and use AI-assisted analysis to identify patterns, impact, and likely root causes
Maintain clear test evidence, coverage, and reporting to support auditability
Work closely with development on validation strategy, test readiness, and release quality
The role requires comfort with ambiguity and the ability to adapt quickly to changing needs, requirements, and technologies. Continuous learning, adaptability, and ongoing improvement are core to how the team operates and how success in this role is defined.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
Functional analysis and acceptance-criteria definition
AI-assisted requirements analysis and test generation (Claude)
Ability to orchestrate specialized AI agents and validate their output
Experience with fraud related matters in payments
Manual testing, sanity testing, and exploratory testing
Defect triage, documentation, traceability, and reporting
JIRA, Trello, or similar delivery tools
At Isabel, we offer more than a job, we offer a place to grow, contribute, and thrive.
Your voice, your vision, and your impact all have a place here.
Let’s shape smarter solutions and a stronger digital economy. Together.
