Are Agency in Belgium seeks an AI Solutions Developer to innovate and build AI tools that enhance sales and automate internal processes. You will create lead-generating AI chatbots and internal tools while combining infrastructure thinking with a commercial focus. Ideal candidates are builders, curious, and technically savvy. You will build and implement AI solutions that:

• increase sales with customers
• automate internal processes
• creating new products for Are Agency

You don't work "in marketing."
You build the AI layer above marketing.

What you will effectively do:

1. Customer Impact

• Building AI chatbots for lead generation & sales
• Setting up AI flows (funnels, tracking, personalization)
• Improve CRO through AI (dynamic content, testing, overlays)

Result: customers get more leads and sales

2. Internal efficiency

• Automate repetitive tasks (reporting, setups, analysis)
• Build internal tools (scrapers, dashboards, generators)
• Making integrations via APIs

Result: team works faster and smarter

3. Build product (New sales)

• Develop AI tools that are scalable (SaaS-light)
• Creating white-label solutions for customers
• Experimenting with new AI use cases

What do you need to know?

You don't need to know everything, but you should get away with this quickly:

• Infrastructure thinking / design local llm environment
• Replit / Claude code or other development environment
• APIs, webhooks, basic scripting
• Basic front-end (to make tools usable)

Profile

You are:

• A builder - you make things that work, not slides
• Curious - you are constantly testing new AI tools
• Technical enough - you understand how systems talk to each other
• Commercially aware - you think in ROI, not just features
• Fast - you ship in days, not weeks or months
